    Laura Gentile warned Corporation Counsel that Richard Malloy would kill someone, then two years later he did.

    TA help potentially liable despite government immunity
    Justice Schoenfeld found that the Transit Authority did not posses qualified immunity for actions stemming from subway operations, and not related to governmental duties or actions.

    Activist's suit against city survives
    NYPD officer Richard Molloy wrongfully arrested ACT-UP activist Richard Deagle, resulting in a lawsuit heard by Judge Louis Freeh.
